Melinda's Friendships
I think Melinda really doesn’t have a good friendship with David. They really never talk. It seems like they are starting to talk a little bit more now then they use to. If they started hanging out more they would have a better friendship. Melinda and David’s friendship doesn’t mean as much to her as her and heather’s friendship did. Melinda and heather didn’t have a good friend ship, but it was a better friendship. They actually hung out more. They were more friends then her and David. I don’t think David is pretending to like her like Heather did. He is more of a friend.. Heather only came to Melinda or wanted to be her friend when she wanted something. David is a positive influence on Melinda because he goes to school all the time and he is a really good student. He could help her get through High School. I think she shouldn’t even worry about heather anymore. She doesn’t need to be her friend. She just has to tell people what happened so they will understand why she called the cops at the party. She just has to start over and make new friends.

I agree with you mainly because I can tell that she doesn't seem to have a really good relationship with David. I can tell that they don't always talk to each other about things that are on their minds or about what is even bothering them at all. I mean I think that if they did that then in my eyes their relationship can and would be a hole lot better off. So that it doesn't seem like they are holding anything in at all. But yeah I totally agree with you. So good job.
I agree because you are right they barely hang out and i agree and i like that she was better off with Heather thewn david because david is a smart kid but not really that friendly and Heather is the same smartness but she is a border- line friend because she was Melinda's friend then she went to hang out with the Martha's and then when they left her to be the only one to set up the prom by herself and she is an overall better friend then david.
i agree that Melinda and Heather hung out more, but the only reason why Melinda doesn't hang out with David is because she lost trust with teenage boys when Andy Evans rped her. also she did start over but thanks to rumors she not many people want to be her freind because they are scared tht if they do something that they shouldn't she will tell on them.
